Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Our support centre is based in Central London, however we would consider applications from people from outside of London

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum plus bonus, amazing perks and benefits

Over 30 years later and Las Iguanas now has 50 restaurants across the UK and over 1,500 Team members. Now is an incredibly exciting time to join Las Iguanas as we relaunch the Brand with edgier and more urban Mexican imagery and the sociability and vibe of the classic Cantina. 

Role:

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead the brands digital marketing and ensure we have a consistent presence on all key platforms (web, social and email, owned and paid for), that we have an ‘always on’ plan that grows brand awareness, loyalty, builds engagement, and ultimately drives conversion to bookings. This role will own the tracking and understanding short-term and long-term digital product trends and competitor activity. Use analytics to generate insights into customer’s digital behaviour to inform customer understanding and digital communication plan effectiveness. Build an on-going understanding of the impact of all digital activities to enable amplification of the most effective as required.

Accurately and consistently reflect the Brand Positioning, Essence, and Vision in all digital brand communication executions Work effectively with all agencies to ensure they deliver in line with the annual brand calendar of activations and campaigns.

Push boundaries and innovate as required to ensure the brand continues to evolve and grow in an ever-changing digital world.

Work with the Marketing Director to develop the digital strategy and roadmap that seeks to build awareness, engagement, and conversion through all channels. To build new guest acquisition, increase frequency of visits and drive loyalty through the execution of the digital strategy.

Test, learn and implement new approaches to optimise channel usage, effectiveness and ROI

Build the following digital Roadmap against these key areas:

  • Brand aligned digital plan - develop specific campaigns aligned to brand key events that maximise performance and ensure cohesion on and offline
  • Always on organic social plan
  • Website – UX improvement and conversion plan
  • SEO and localised information improvement – always evolving focussed plan
  • CRM plan – clear auto generated emails and specific segmental targeting campaigns on a continual test and learn approach
  • An innovation pipeline…what could we do better and how far could we push digital boundaries
What do I need to be successful?
To be successful in this role you'll need to be able to demonstrate the following:
  • significant experience in defining and delivering a digital marketing strategy.
  • a proven track record of digital content creation and delivery
  • experience of social media management and evaluation.
  • experience in brand positioning, customer segmentation and targeting
  • an ability to set mareting objectives
  • experience of communications planning
  • and a creative imagination and judgement
