We source the finest ingredients from across the country to provide our customers with a broad selection of quality food products. Following some recent investment and strong commercial performance, we are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at our new production kitchen. We have recently opened the kitchen in Kentish Town and as we are growing, we are looking to expand our team. 

The Pastry Chef de Partie will work alongside a small team reporting to our Head Pastry Chef in a shared kitchen with our savoury production team. The pastry team are responsible for a range of morning pastries, buns, muffins, brownies and traybakes, cookies and lots more. We have a large seasonal range and expect a high volume to be produced during picnic season, Christmas and Easter.

We can offer you:

·       40 hours per week over 5 days 

·       Daytime working (no evening shifts)

·       Training Programme in Food Safety Awareness and Management Skills

·       A meal each day when on duty

·      Enrolment in our Staff Pension Scheme

·       A great working environment with a friendly team

·       Opportunity to grow with our business
