A brilliant opportunity for a bright Night Manager to join the team at Richmond Hill Hotel, an independently owned hotel and restaurant (144 On The Hill), a stone throw from Richmond Park in London. 

The culture at the hotel is progressive, independent, and free-spirited - it’s just the fabric of the buildings that’s historic, not our approach to business! We are looking for a proactive team player that comes with plenty of ideas and enthusiasm and is also super organised and able to manage their time effectively. 

Annual salary is £29,366.33 plus monthly service charge of approx. £250-350.

Is this Night Manager role right for me?
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with a hunger for hospitality and going the extra mile. We embrace our core values of Authentic, Colourful, Imaginative and Generous in everything we do, and we’re looking for creativity, proactive thinking and team understanding in our team members. 

As a Night Manager, you’ll be away from the hustle and bustle of our busy restaurant and bar given your role starts at 8pm-8am. However, that doesn’t mean that our commitment to delivering outstanding service stops. In fact, it will be your responsibility to ensure that irrespective of the hour, your guests are well looked after – the only difference being that your guests may be in their pyjamas.

In terms of what you’ll actually be doing, as a Night Manager – your responsibilities will be varied will spans from assisting with checking in and out late arrivals and departures, to setting up our conference rooms for the following day, ensuring the safety of your hotel and making sure that the wider team are equally as focused on delivering outstanding service.

You will be something of a night-owl and someone who is wholeheartedly focused on delivering outstanding service. You’ll be a great relationship-builder and someone who wants to go above and beyond, all skills you will have gained ideally within a hotel environment. You’ll be an outstanding leader, who is able to inspire those within your team to go above and beyond for our guests.
