Rick Stein's Cookery School
At Rick Stein's Cookery School looking after customers is what we do best. We love going the extra mile and we take pride in doing the right things in the right way. We offer fish and shellfish demonstrations by our team of Chef Lecturers as well as hands on cooking sessions which range from half day workshops to 4 day long courses. It's not all about seafood as we do lots of other interesting day courses. Indian Seafood, Far Eastern, Italian, Mexican and of course fish and shellfish to name a few, plus some wonderful patisserie sessions.
