We are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our friendly kitchen team at our famous Cookery School in Padstow, Cornwall. You will be working 4 days a week - usually Wednesday to Saturday with 1 -2 evenings a week on average, occasionally other days may be required but are planned in advance.
We see ourselves as being in the 'cheering up industry' trying to make people smile with great food, drink and experiences. As we are in the Top 25 Best Hospitality Companies to Work For, we think we are pretty good at making our team smile too. We believe in both supporting our teams and embracing diversity and as such are a Disability Confident Committed Employer.
Family is the foundation of our business, and we understand the importance of work/life balance and flexibility.

Our admin and operational support teams play a key part in the smooth running of the business; joining all the dots and planning ahead. At Rick Stein's Cookery School looking after customers is what we do best. We love going the extra mile and we take pride in doing the right things in the right way. We offer fish and shellfish demonstrations by our team of Chef Lecturers as well as hands on cooking sessions which range from half day workshops to 4 day long courses. It's not all about seafood as we do lots of other interesting day courses.
